Pack These Mortgage Loan Related Items for
Your San Antonio Move

Whether you are relocating to San Antonio or just moving across town you will usually need the following documents for final loan processing:

VERIFY EMPLOYMENT/SOURCE OF INCOME:
-When Employed By Others:

• W2 forms - last 2 years

• Current pay stub - 30 days

-When Self Employed:    

• Year-to-date profit and loss

• Two years signed tax returns with all attachments (individual, corporate or partnership)

• Last 3 bank statements for account to be used to pay for any closing funds.

• Gift letter (if applicable) including name, address, and telephone number of donor and relationship to borrower

• Closing statement on sale of any prior homes owned

-Monthly payments, Approximate balance for all debts, such as:

• Credit cards

• Auto loans

• Real estate loans

• Credit Cards

• Unsecured/signature loans

• Cosigned loans

• Credit union loans

• Drivers license or picture ID

• Bankruptcy papers and release

• Divorce Decrees

• Any active purchase agreements or sales agreements for homes
